1. Digital Product Policy

Since we provide digital educational materials (Class 10 State/CBSE/ICSE Syllabus Hindi), all sales are generally final.

2. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been delivered or access has been granted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Technical issue preventing access (not resolved within 5 working days after reporting)

  • Incorrect product delivered
